Rexona Aloe Vera Scent roll-on deodorant

Rexona is a world-renowned personal care brand specializing in antiperspirants and deodorants. It was originally founded in Australia in 1908 by Alice Sheffer, the wife of the Sheldon Drug Company's founder. She developed an effective ointment that evolved into a personal care range that became the company's best-selling line.

In 1930, Rexona was acquired by Lever Brothers, a British soap manufacturer. Following the merger of Lever Brothers with the Dutch company Margarine Unie, Rexona became a core brand within the global Unilever portfolio. Today, the brand operates under several names internationally: 'Sure' in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and India; 'Degree' in the United States and Canada; 'Shield' in South Africa; and 'Rexena' in Japan and South Korea.

While the brand has its roots in Australia, its manufacturing is now globalized. Most Rexona roll-on products are currently produced in the Philippines, while aerosol versions are often manufactured in Australia. The brand remains under the ultimate ownership of Unilever, a British multinational consumer goods giant headquartered in London.
