Amoy is a historic Asian food brand founded in 1908 in Amoy (modern-day Xiamen), China. The brand began as the Tao Fa edible oil factory and expanded into soy sauces and other Asian pantry staples. Over the decades, it became a household name globally, particularly in the United Kingdom and Europe, for its 'Straight to Wok' noodle range and dipping sauces.

While the brand has its roots in China, its global presence has seen various changes in ownership. Today, the Amoy brand is owned by the Ajinomoto Group, a Japanese multinational food and biotechnology corporation. In the UK and Ireland, the brand is market managed through a partnership with Kraft Heinz, which handles the distribution and marketing of these products. Most of the noodle products continue to be manufactured in China, maintaining the brand's authentic heritage and production techniques.
