Today, much of the gherkin supply for major European brands like Amora is sourced and packaged in India, where climatic conditions allow for year-round production of small, firm cucumbers.

Ownership of the brand has been consolidated under large multinational corporations. Currently, Amora is owned by Unilever, the British multinational consumer goods company. Unilever manages the brand's production and distribution across European markets, maintaining its historical association with Dijon while utilizing a global supply chain to maintain high production volumes and consistency for the Croq'Vert line.
