(often referred to simply as Corsini), located in Crespellano, Valsamoggia (Bologna). The company is well-known for inventing the 'Tortino Porretta' and specializes in baked snacks.

Coop Italia is the ultimate owner of the brand name, operating as a large system of consumers' cooperatives. The partnership between Coop and Corsini involved a joint development of the recipe to adapt the traditional Anglo-Saxon pancake for Italian tastes, utilizing Italian fresh milk and eggs as highlighted on the packaging.
