Norda is a prominent Italian mineral water brand founded in 1968 by the Pessina family in Primaluna, located in the Valsassina valley near Lecco. The brand is known for its high-altitude sources, most notably the Daggio spring, which is one of the highest exploited water sources in Europe at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level.

Today, Norda is part of the Acque Minerali d'Italia (AMI) group, which also owns other well-known Italian brands like Sangemini and Gaudianello. The group is headquartered in Milan and remains under the leadership of the Pessina family, though it has seen investment from private equity firms such as Clessidra to support its growth and modernization. The water is bottled directly at the source in various high-tech facilities across Italy, including the original Primaluna plant, ensuring its purity and mineral characteristics are preserved from the mountain to the consumer.
