Gilde Ratskeller Premium Pils

Gilde Ratskeller is a premium Pilsner brewed by the Gilde Brauerei, located in Hanover, Germany. The brewery dates back to 1546, making it one of the oldest companies in the city. Its mascot, the rooster, is a symbol of the brewing guild's historical vigilance and tradition.

Historically, the brewery was independent and later became part of Interbrew (now AB InBev) in 2003. However, in 2016, it was acquired by the TCB Beteiligungsgesellschaft, an independent German brewing group. Despite these corporate changes, production remains centered in Hanover to maintain its local heritage and authentic flavor profile.
