The brand was created and is owned by Biogened S.A., a Polish pharmaceutical and cosmetic enterprise headquartered in Łódź, Poland. Biogened oversees the research, development, clinical testing, and manufacturing of Dermedic lines such as Hydrain3, Normacne, and Oilage in its own specialized production facilities in Poland in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

In the United Kingdom, Dermedic products are imported and distributed via authorized pharmacies, dermo-cosmetic specialists, and dedicated online health and beauty retailers. While other cosmetic or medical entities globally might occasionally use similar variations of the 'Derm' root, Dermedic stands as an independent Polish brand belonging entirely to Biogened S.A.
