Foster's Hollywood is a well-known American-themed casual dining restaurant chain operating predominantly in Spain. Founded in Madrid in 1971 by a group of young Californians living in Spain, it became one of the pioneers of American diner-style cuisine in the country, popularizing ribs, burgers, and onion rings.

Over the decades, the chain expanded significantly across Spain. It eventually became part of Grupo Zena, which was subsequently acquired by the Mexican multinational restaurant operator Alsea (Alsea, S.A.B. de C.V.). Alsea manages several global and regional restaurant brands across Latin America and Europe.
