Liu Jo is an Italian premium fashion brand established in 1995 by brothers Marco and Vannis Marchi in Carpi, Modena, within Italy's prominent knitwear and textile district. Initially recognized for its ready-to-wear womenswear and denim collections, the brand expanded into accessories, footwear, and leather goods.

The brand is owned and operated by Liu Jo S.p.A., which falls under the holding structure Eccellenze Italiane Holding (EIH), chaired by Marco Marchi. In Spain, Liu Jo products and accessories are widely distributed through dedicated boutiques, premium multi-brand stores, and department store chains such as El Corte Inglés.

While design, creative direction, and premium product engineering take place in Italy, manufacturing of Liu Jo accessories and bags is carried out across specialized production facilities in multiple countries, including Italy, China, and other manufacturing hubs.
