IKKS Wear

IKKS is a French premium fashion brand founded in 1987 by Gérard Le Goff in Saint-Macaire-en-Mauges, France. Originally starting as a junior and childrenswear line designed to offer trendy and creative clothing reminiscent of adult streetwear, the brand soon expanded into womenswear in 1999 (IKKS Women), menswear in 2003 (IKKS Men), and accessories.

Over its history, IKKS changed ownership several times. It was acquired by the Zannier Group (later renamed Kidiliz Group) in 2000, before being bought by the private equity firm LBO France in 2015. In 2019, following a debt-for-equity restructuring, ownership of the IKKS Group transitioned to a consortium of international financial creditors, led notably by Avenue Capital Group, CarVal Investors, and Marathon Asset Management, operating under IKKS Group SAS.

Garments and apparel from IKKS are designed in France and produced across a global supply chain encompassing various manufacturing partners in Europe, North Africa (such as Morocco and Tunisia), and Asia (including China, India, and Turkey), in line with typical modern European ready-to-wear production models.
