Today, the Bornier brand is owned by Européenne de Condiments (EDC), a premier French mustard manufacturer based in Couchey (near Dijon) in the Burgundy region of France. Européenne de Condiments is in turn a subsidiary of the German food conglomerate Develey Senf & Feinkost GmbH, which is headquartered in Unterhaching, Germany. Develey is one of Europe's leading producers of condiments, mustards, and sauces.
