Timotei is an iconic haircare brand originally launched in Sweden during the 1970s, formulated around herbal ingredients like wild herbs. It quickly expanded across Europe and became renowned for its nature-inspired hair care formulas.

Long owned by the consumer goods multinational Unilever, Timotei was carved out into Unilever's Elida Beauty unit. In 2023–2024, Unilever sold Elida Beauty to the American private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners. As indicated directly on the bottle packaging ('Made in Turkey'), this specific product is manufactured in Turkey.
