Orangina is a iconic carbonated citrus beverage renowned for its unique blend of orange, lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit juices, along with real orange pulp. The brand traces its origins back to the 1930s in Algeria, then a French territory, where it was originally developed by Dr. Trigo and later commercialized by the Beton family in France. The ownership history is complex: while it was once part of the Pernod Ricard portfolio and later the Cadbury Schweppes group, it was acquired by the Japanese beverage giant Suntory in 2009. Currently, Suntory Beverage & Food handles the brand globally, including major markets in Europe and Japan, though in North America, the licensing rights are managed by Keurig Dr Pepper.
