Today, Kelme operates through a complex global structure following a significant partnership and eventual majority acquisition by Chinese investors. While the brand maintains its creative roots and heritage in Spain, the ultimate ownership is held by Kelme China (Jinjiang Kelme Sports Equipment Co., Ltd.), which manages large-scale production and global expansion.
