Sazerac Company, one of the world's largest private spirits companies, reached an agreement to acquire BuzzBallz and its parent company, Southern Champion. This acquisition integrates the innovative cocktail brand into Sazerac's massive global portfolio, which includes household names like Buffalo Trace and Fireball.

The manufacturing remains centralized in the United States, specifically at its flagship facilities in Texas, where the unique plastic 'ball' containers are filled. The brand continues to grow globally as a leader in the convenience cocktail segment, maintaining its reputation for high ABV and vibrant flavor profiles.
