The brand focuses on 'slow fashion,' utilizing high-quality materials such as Nappa leather and sustainable vegan alternatives.

Manufacturing for Barebarics is primarily concentrated within the European Union, with key production facilities located in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Portugal to ensure craftsmanship and ethical labor standards. More recently, the brand has expanded its production footprint to Vietnam to leverage advanced footwear manufacturing technologies. The brand remains under the ultimate ownership of its parent company, Be Lenka s.r.o., headquartered in Žilina, Slovakia.
