BonBon Lossepladsen mixed candy

BonBon is a legendary Danish confectionery brand established in 1985 by Michael Spangsberg. The brand became famous for its unconventional and humorous approach to candy, featuring names that were often deliberately 'gross' or quirky to appeal to children, accompanied by distinctive cartoon illustrations. The product shown, 'Lossepladsen' (The Junkyard), is one of their most popular mixes, containing various flavored hard-boiled sweets.

Historically, the brand became so popular it inspired the opening of the BonBon-Land amusement park in Denmark. In 2001, the brand was acquired by the Finnish food giant Fazer. Today, BonBon remains a flagship brand within the Fazer group's confectionery division. While Fazer is a multinational entity, the production of classic BonBon sweets for the Scandinavian market predominantly remains centered in Denmark to maintain the authentic quality of the original recipes.
