Zotter Pistazien chocolate

Zotter Schokolade is an Austrian manufacturer of organic and fair-trade chocolate. Founded in 1999 by Josef Zotter, the company is famous for its 'hand-scooped' chocolate bars, which feature creative fillings and artistic packaging designed by Andreas h. Gratze.

The entire production process is focused in Bergl, Styria, Austria, where the company operates a 'Bean-to-Bar' manufacture. This means they process the cocoa beans directly on-site, from roasting to the finished product. To this day, the brand remains an independent family-owned business, led by the Zotter family, and is recognized globally for its commitment to sustainability and fair trade practices.
