In 2007, the brand's parent company, Productos del Café S.A., was acquired by Nestlé Spain. Today, Cafés Brasilia operates under the Nestlé Professional division, which manages products specifically designed for out-of-home consumption like cafes and restaurants. While the brand name is inspired by the capital of Brazil, the production and roasting have historically been centered in Spain, specifically at the large roasting facility in Reus that serves Nestlé’s various Spanish coffee brands.
