D'Annata is a premium Italian olive oil brand originating from the Campania region, specifically Olevano sul Tusciano in the province of Salerno. The brand was established in 2016 by Anna D'Elia to revitalize and preserve her family's century-old olive groves. The product featured is a 250ml (8.45 oz) bottle of extra virgin olive oil from the 2024/2025 harvest year (Annata).

The oil is produced using traditional mechanical cold-extraction methods within 24 hours of harvest to preserve high levels of polyphenols and antioxidants. It is primarily made from indigenous Italian cultivars such as Rotondella, Frantoio, and Carpellesi. The ultimate ownership and production remain within the family-run company, D'Annata di D'Elia Anna, which emphasizes sustainable and authentic 'Made in Italy' practices.
