Over the years, the brand has changed hands through various acquisitions. Today, Grand'Italia is owned by GBfoods, a global culinary group headquartered in Spain. GBfoods maintains the brand's heritage as 'maestro pastaio' (master pasta maker), focusing on traditional production methods while operating as a significant player in the international food market.
