Napolact Sana is a traditional Romanian cultured dairy drink renowned for its rich taste, creamy texture, and high protein content. Originating from the heart of Transylvania, the brand traces its heritage back to 1905 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, originally founded as an artisanal butter and dairy workshop known as 'Atelierul Vlad'. Over the twentieth century, it developed into one of Romania's leading dairy enterprises, formally adopting the Napolact name in the post-war era.

Today, Napolact is owned by the Dutch multinational dairy cooperative FrieslandCampina through its Romanian subsidiary, FrieslandCampina România S.A. The drink continues to be produced in Romania, primarily utilizing milk sourced from Transylvanian dairy farmers, adhering to strict quality controls while preserving traditional recipes.
