Stokes Sauces is a premium British condiment brand founded in 2004 by Rick Sheepshanks. Located at Rendlesham Hall in Suffolk, England, the brand emerged from a passion to craft high-quality sauces, chutneys, ketchups, mustards, and mayonnaises using real, carefully sourced ingredients cooked gently in small batches.

All Stokes products sold across the United Kingdom and exported internationally are manufactured in the UK at their custom-built, SALSA and BRC-accredited kitchen in Suffolk. The company prides itself on artisanal methods, such as using slow-reduced Mediterranean tomatoes for its ketchup and whole free-range eggs for its mayonnaise.

Stokes Sauces remains an independently owned family enterprise operated under Stokes Sauces Limited (formerly Suffolk Food Hall/Aethic Food Ltd arrangements historically associated with the founder). Note that this UK-based gourmet sauce business should not be confused with unrelated regional food service or agricultural suppliers bearing similar names.
