Dansukker Syltesukker med pektin (Jam Sugar with pectin) is a specialized sugar product formulated with fruit pectin and citric acid, designed to simplify homemade jam and marmalade preservation.

The Dansukker brand has strong Nordic roots tracing back to the historic Danish and Swedish sugar monopolies, most notably De Danske Sukkerfabrikker (founded in 1872) and Sockerbolaget in Sweden. These entities merged in the 1990s under Danisco, uniting regional retail sugar production under the Dansukker name.

In 2009, Danisco Sugar was acquired by Nordic Sugar, which is a subsidiary of the German agricultural and food processing giant Nordzucker AG. Nordzucker is based in Braunschweig, Germany, and is one of Europe's largest sugar producers. Dansukker products distributed across the Nordic and Baltic markets are primarily processed and packaged in Sweden (notably at the Arlöv refinery) and Denmark (such as Nakskov and Nykøbing Falster facilities).
