Martelli is an artisanal Italian pasta brand celebrated globally for its traditional pasta-making heritage. Founded in 1926 by the Martelli family in the medieval village of Lari, nestled in the province of Pisa, Tuscany, the brand remains one of Italy's most famous boutique pasta producers.

All Martelli pasta is exclusively crafted within the family’s historic workshop in Lari, Italy. The pasta is traditionally made using high-quality durum wheat semolina, slowly kneaded with cold water, extruded through bronze dies to create a distinctive rough texture that holds sauces exceptionally well, and air-dried at low temperatures for up to 50 hours.

The brand continues to be wholly owned and operated by the founding family under the business entity Famiglia Martelli (Pastificio Famiglia Martelli). In the United Kingdom, Martelli pasta is a staple in premium delis, gourmet grocers, and Italian specialty food importers.
