Telpark Parking and Mobility App

Telpark is a leading mobility and parking management platform widely utilized across Spain and Portugal. Developed to streamline urban mobility, Telpark allows drivers to pay for on-street metered parking (regulated parking zones such as O.R.A. or SER), book off-street parking garage spaces, manage contactless garage entry via license plate recognition, and access electric vehicle charging stations.

The platform was established in Spain under the ownership of Empark (Empark Aparcamientos y Servicios S.A.), one of the prominent car park operators in the Iberian Peninsula. Empark subsequently rebranded its overall group activities under the name Telpark (Telpark Group).

In 2017, the Australian global investment and infrastructure firm Macquarie Group (through Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets / Macquarie Asset Management) acquired Empark/Telpark. As a digital and operational service platform, its software engineering, management, and network infrastructure are primarily based and maintained in Spain and Portugal.
