Zaara Chardonnay is a premium white wine produced by Zaara Estate, a boutique winery located in the Sakar region of Bulgaria. The winery is situated in the village of Glavan, Stara Zagora province, a region renowned for its favorable climate and long traditions in viticulture. The estate focuses on limited-series wines that express the unique terroir of the Sakar Mountains.

Zaara Estate was established by private Bulgarian entrepreneurs with a vision to combine modern winemaking techniques with traditional Bulgarian hospitality, as the estate also features a hotel and tasting complex. The production is centralized at their own vineyard and winery facilities in Glavan. As of 2024 and looking forward, the brand remains independently owned by its original Bulgarian founders, operating as a standalone estate dedicated to high-quality regional production rather than being a part of a global beverage conglomerate.
