S.Pellegrino is a world-renowned brand of sparkling natural mineral water that has been bottled at its source in San Pellegrino Terme, in the Province of Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy, since 1899. The water is naturally carbonated but has additional carbon dioxide added by the bottler to enhance its effervescence during the packaging process.

Historically, the brand was established by the Società Anonima delle Terme di San Pellegrino. It became a symbol of Italian luxury and fine dining across the globe. Today, the brand remains deeply rooted in its Italian heritage, with the primary production facility still located at the original spring to maintain the specific mineral composition and quality associated with the brand.

In 1997, the S.Pellegrino brand was acquired by the Swiss multinational Nestlé S.A. It currently operates under the Nestlé Waters division.
