While the brand remains deeply rooted in its Hungarian heritage and maintains its production facilities in Budapest (specifically Budafok), its ownership has shifted through international acquisitions. Since the early 1990s, Törley has been part of the Henkell Freixenet group, a global leader in the sparkling wine market. This parent company itself is a subsidiary of the German conglomerate Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungen KG, following a split within the Oetker family assets.
