Philips Airfryer 3000 Series

Philips was originally founded in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, in 1891 by Gerard Philips and his father Frederik. While the Philips brand name is historically associated with Dutch innovation in electronics and lighting, the domestic appliance division (which includes the Airfryer) underwent a significant transition in ownership. In 2021, Royal Philips sold its Domestic Appliances business to the global investment firm Hillhouse Investment. This division was later rebranded as Versuni.

Today, while Philips remains headquartered in the Netherlands as a health technology company, the kitchen appliances bearing the Philips brand are managed by Versuni under a long-term licensing agreement. Production for the Philips Airfryer 3000 Series typically occurs in specialized manufacturing facilities in China, where high-scale electronic production is concentrated to meet global demand.
