The production is centralized in the Penedès region of Catalonia, specifically in Torrelavit, Spain, where traditional methods are used to create their Brut Nature varieties.

Currently, the brand is owned by the Freixenet Group, one of the world's most significant sparkling wine producers. However, the ultimate ownership lies with Henkell Freixenet, a global alliance formed after the German company Henkell & Co. acquired a majority stake in Freixenet in 2018. This partnership makes it the world's leading sparkling wine group, headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, while maintaining its deep-rooted manufacturing heritage in Spanish soil.
