Peppa Pig children's television series

Peppa Pig is a world-renowned British preschool animated television series created by Neville Astley and Mark Baker. Originally produced by Astley Baker Davies in association with Entertainment One (eOne), the show has grown into a massive global franchise spanning television, film, and extensive merchandising.

The series is primarily manufactured and produced in the United Kingdom. Ownership of the brand transitioned significantly when Hasbro acquired Entertainment One in 2019. In 2023, while Hasbro sold off much of eOne's film and TV production assets to Lionsgate, it strategically retained the Peppa Pig franchise along with its core Hasbro Entertainment properties to focus on its toy-led brand strategy. As of 2024 and beyond, Hasbro remains the ultimate owner company, headquartered in the United States.
