Solán de Cabras is an iconic Spanish natural mineral water with a history dating back to the Roman Empire. The water is sourced from a single spring in the Serranía de Cuenca mountains, specifically in Beteta, Spain. This protected enclave produces water that has filtered through rock layers for over 3,600 years, resulting in a balanced, low-sodium, and naturally alkaline mineral composition. The spring was declared a medicinal water by King Carlos IV of Spain in 1790 and has been commercially bottled since the early 20th century.

In 2011, the brand was acquired by Mahou San Miguel, the leading brewery group in Spain. This acquisition was part of the company's diversification strategy beyond beer into the broader beverage sector. Today, the water is known globally for its distinctive UV-protective blue bottle, which ensures the purity and properties of the water remain intact from the spring to the consumer. It is widely recognized as a premium product and serves as the official water for prominent organizations such as Real Madrid.
