OK (A.m.b.a.) is a prominent Danish energy company with its roots deeply embedded in the cooperative movement of Denmark. Founded in 1978 through the merger of several smaller Danish oil companies, it was originally known as Oliebranchens Fællesindkøb before rebranding to OK.

Today, OK is a cooperative (andelsselskab) owned by approximately 11,600 customers, primarily local consumer cooperatives such as Brugsforeninger. This unique ownership structure means that the company remains entirely Danish and is focused on reinvesting back into the local community and infrastructure. The company provides a wide range of services including petrol stations, heating oil, heat pumps, and a rapidly expanding network of electric vehicle charging stations across Denmark.
