Yeo Valley Organic Natural Yoghurt

Yeo Valley is one of the most prominent family-rooted dairy brands in the United Kingdom, widely known for its natural and organic yoghurt selections. The Mead family began farming at Holt Farm in Blagdon, Somerset, in 1961 and began commercial production of yoghurt in the 1970s using surplus milk from their dairy herd.

Today, Yeo Valley Organic yoghurts sold across British supermarkets are manufactured in Somerset and Devon, utilizing 100% British organic dairy milk. Yeo Valley Production operates as an independent, family-controlled British business, maintaining partnerships across regional farming co-operatives to source authentic organic milk.

While Arla Foods entered into a brand licensing agreement with Yeo Valley in 2018 to produce certain Yeo Valley branded milk, butter, and cheese products, the core yoghurt business remains independently owned and operated by the Mead family through Yeo Valley Production Ltd based in the UK.
