Freia Non Stop Original

Freia Non Stop Original is a classic Norwegian sugar-coated chocolate dragee candy, beloved across the Nordic region since its introduction in 1947.

Freia was originally founded in Oslo, Norway, in 1889 by Olaf Larsen and later developed into Norway's leading chocolate maker by Johan Throne Holst. In 1993, Freia was acquired by the multinational food conglomerate Kraft Foods, which later spun off its confectionery and snack division into Mondelēz International in 2012.

Today, Freia operates as a brand under Mondelēz International, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Despite the American parent company, Freia Non Stop continues to be primarily manufactured at Freia's historic chocolate factory located in Rodeløkka, Oslo, Norway.
