FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt

FAGE is an internationally recognized dairy brand, best known for its thick, traditional strained Greek yogurt. Founded in Athens, Greece, in 1926 by Athanassios Filippou as a small dairy shop, the company grew into one of Greece's leading dairy enterprises and pioneered the global popularity of Greek yogurt.

While the brand maintains its historical, production, and cultural roots in Greece, the group restructured its corporate headquarters to Luxembourg under FAGE International S.A. in 2012. The Filippou family continues to privately own and manage the business.

For the European market, including Italy, FAGE yogurt products are primarily manufactured at the company's major production facilities located in Greece, while domestic distribution across Italy is handled through its local affiliate, Fage Italia S.r.l.
