W5 Disinfecting Wipes

W5 Disinfecting Wipes (Lingettes désinfectantes W5) are household cleaning wipes widely available in Lidl discount supermarkets across France and Europe. The W5 brand is a proprietary private-label line dedicated to household cleaning and maintenance products.

The W5 brand was conceived by the German retailer Lidl, part of the Schwarz Group (Schwarz-Gruppe), which is headquartered in Neckarsulm, Germany. Lidl utilizes trusted third-party industrial contract manufacturers across Europe—notably in Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom—to manufacture its wet wipes and surface cleaners depending on market requirements and regional distribution networks.

As an exclusive private label of Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG, ultimate ownership resides with the Schwarz Group, one of the largest retail conglomerates in the world. In France, the products are managed and distributed via Lidl France SNC.
