Doritos Medium Salsa

Doritos is one of the world's most recognized snack food brands, famous primarily for its seasoned tortilla chips as well as accompanying dips and salsas. The brand was originally conceived in the early 1960s at Disneyland in Anaheim, California, where surplus tortillas were cut, fried, and seasoned at the Casa de Fritos restaurant. Recognizing the commercial appeal, Frito-Lay rolled out Doritos nationally across the United States in 1966.

Today, Doritos is owned by PepsiCo, a multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation headquartered in Purchase, New York. In Australia, the Doritos brand and product portfolio are managed and distributed by PepsiCo's local subsidiary, The Smith's Snackfood Company (PepsiCo Australia). Doritos salsas sold in Australian retail outlets are commonly manufactured locally in Australia using local and imported ingredients.
