While headquarters and blending oversight remain in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire, United Kingdom, processing, blending, and packing facilities are located across multiple hubs, with the main international production and packaging hub based in Ras Al Khaimah (United Arab Emirates), along with facilities in Russia, Sri Lanka, and elsewhere.

The brand remains privately owned by Ahmad Tea Ltd, operated and maintained by the founding Afshar family, with distribution in Sweden handled through specialty import partners.
