Denon D-M41 Mini Hi-Fi System

Denon is a renowned Japanese audio electronics brand established in 1910 by Frederick Whitney Horn under the name Nippon Chikuonki Shokai (Japan Recorders Corporation). Over the decades, Denon has been recognized worldwide for pioneering high-fidelity audio equipment, including digital audio technologies and premium home theater receivers.

In 2002, Denon merged with Marantz to form D&M Holdings. The company was later acquired by Sound United in 2017. In 2022, medical technology and audio company Masimo Corporation acquired Sound United, making Masimo the ultimate owner of Denon and its sister consumer audio brands.

While Denon's engineering and high-end audio design originate in Japan, the manufacturing of its compact systems—including the D-M41 micro Hi-Fi series—is primarily handled in specialized production facilities across Vietnam and China.
