Bonton children's clothing

Bonton is a French premium fashion and lifestyle brand specialized in children's and baby apparel, as well as family lifestyle goods. Founded in Paris in 2001 by Irène and Thomas Cohen (founders with ties to the Bonpoint legacy), the label became renowned for its Parisian bohemian chic style, soft dyed cottons, and cheerful prints.

Over the years, Bonton changed ownership as it expanded internationally across boutique retail and department stores throughout Europe, including Germany. In 2023, the brand was acquired by Roger Zannier (through the Zannier family office / investment holdings), a veteran of children's fashion who previously led the Kidiliz Group (formerly Groupe Zannier).

Manufacturing of Bonton clothing takes place in multiple countries, primarily in Portugal, India, China, and Morocco, adhering to international textile manufacturing standards. While other companies and confectionery brands in different markets share similar names, Bonton in the European fashion retail landscape refers exclusively to the French childrenswear house.
