Auditorio de Tenerife Adán Martín

The Auditorio de Tenerife Adán Martín is a major architectural landmark located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Designed by the renowned Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, the building is famous for its massive expressionist 'wing' or 'sails.' Construction began in 1997 and was completed in 2003.

Owned and managed by the Cabildo de Tenerife (the island's governing body), it serves as the home for the Orquesta Sinfónica de Tenerife and hosts various cultural events, concerts, and operas. Its construction used approximately 2,000 tons of white concrete and is covered in trencadís (broken ceramic tiles), a technique often associated with Catalan modernism.
