Delverde Tortiglioni pasta

Delverde is a premium Italian pasta brand founded in 1967 in Fara San Martino, in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The brand is renowned for its traditional production methods, using bronze dies to texturize the pasta and long drying times at low temperatures. A key element of its identity is the use of pure spring water from the Verde River, which originates within the Majella National Park.

In 2019, the brand was acquired by Newlat Food S.p.A. from the Argentine group Molinos Río de la Plata. Newlat Food is a major player in the Italian agri-food sector, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, and owns several other prestigious brands in the pasta and dairy sectors. Production remains centered in its historical facilities in Italy to maintain the authenticity and quality standards associated with the brand's heritage.
