Ülker Halley is a popular chocolate-coated sandwich biscuit featuring a fluffy marshmallow filling between two layers of biscuit. It was introduced by the Turkish food giant Ülker, which is one of the most recognizable brands in the Middle East and Central Asia. The product is named after Halley's Comet, reflecting a sense of wonder and novelty at its time of launch.

Manufacturing primarily takes place in Turkey, where Ülker maintains extensive production facilities. Since the 2014 acquisition of United Biscuits by Yıldız Holding, Ülker's parent company, the brand has gained a much larger international footprint.
