Florena Aloe Vera Hand Cream

Florena is a historic German cosmetic brand that originated in Waldheim, Saxony. Founded in 1852 by Adolf Heinrich August Bergmann, it began as a chemist's shop producing perfumes and later developed into a major East German brand during the GDR era. Since 2002, the brand has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beiersdorf AG, the Hamburg-based multinational.

While the brand's roots are firmly in Germany, manufacturing for Florena products was largely shifted from its original Waldheim site to other Beiersdorf production facilities within Europe around 2012. Specifically, many of their cream tubes are produced in Poland. The brand is now marketed as a natural skincare line under Beiersdorf's expansive global portfolio alongside NIVEA and Eucerin.
