Fabbrica in Pedavena is a historic Italian beer brand with a legacy dating back to 1897. It was founded by the Luciani brothers—Luigi, Sante, and Giovanni—who chose the town of Pedavena in the province of Belluno for its high-quality spring water from the Dolomite mountains. The brand became a symbol of local industrial pride, growing to be one of Italy's most significant breweries by the early 20th century.

After several decades of success, the brewery was acquired by the Dutch multinational Heineken in 1974. However, in 2004, Heineken announced the closure of the Pedavena plant. This decision sparked a massive mobilization of workers and the local community, eventually leading to a successful campaign to save the brewery. In 2006, the plant was acquired by Birra Castello S.p.A., returnng the brand to 100% Italian ownership and ensuring that production remained in its original location in Pedavena.

Today, Fabbrica in Pedavena continues to produce its beer using traditional recipes and local ingredients, maintaining its status as a premium Italian lager deeply connected to its Alpine roots.
