This product is a fine crystal glass plate from Orrefors, a prestigious Swedish glassmaker. The packaging features a serene Swedish landscape with a stone bridge and river, reflecting the brand's deep-rooted connection to the nature of the Småland region. This specific design was created by Lars Hellsten (1933–2022), a renowned sculptor and designer who joined Orrefors in 1972 and became famous for iconic collections like Corona and Discus.

Orrefors was established in 1898 on the site of an ironworks that dated back to 1726. For over a century, it has been a cornerstone of Scandinavian design, known for its high-quality lead-free crystal. Today, Orrefors remains a symbol of Swedish craftsmanship, with its products being manufactured primarily at the Kosta glassworks in Sweden following the merger into the Orrefors Kosta Boda group.
