OlivenZauber is a premium olive oil brand established in 2020 by founders Susi and Sven following their travels to Crete. The product is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from 100% Koroneiki olives, which are hand-harvested by small-scale family farmers in the southeast region of Crete, Greece.

While the brand is headquartered in Friedberg, Germany, the entire production process—including cultivation, harvesting, and bottling (standardization)—takes place in Greece. Specifically, the oil is bottled by Trachana P.C., a local specialist located in Ierapetra, Crete. The brand positions itself on transparency and direct trade, bypassing traditional wholesale intermediaries to ensure fair compensation for Greek farmers while providing high-quality, laboratory-tested oil to the European market. Ownership remains private and local to the German founders who import the oil directly from their Cretan partners.
