Malibu Original Coconut Liqueur

Malibu is a world-renowned coconut-flavored liqueur made with Caribbean rum. The brand's history dates back to 1982 when it was originally created in Curaçao to simplify the preparation of Piña Coladas by bartenders. It was later developed and industrialized in London, United Kingdom. While the rum distillate used as a base originates from the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados, the final product sold in European markets is typically bottled and manufactured in Spain.

Since 2005, the brand has been under the ownership of the French beverage giant Pernod Ricard.
